Crisis Support
Texas Health EAP counselors are available for crisis consultation 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, contact your entity's campus security and/or call 911 immediately.
Legal and Mediation Assistance
The majority of employees needing legal assistance do not want or need to retain a lawyer. Your questions and concerns may easily be resolved through a free 30-minute consultation with a qualified attorney.
If additional time is needed, a preferred rate reduction of 25% from the attorney’s normal hourly rate may be available to Texas Health employees and spouses.

Financial coaches are certified in their area of expertise to deliver financial counseling designed to help restore financial balance. Your questions and concerns may easily be resolved through a free 60-minute consultation with a financial coach.

Let us help you locate childcare and eldercare providers. We'll find out what kind of help you need and then give you the names and numbers of at least five local providers with confirmed openings and/or community resources, all within 1-2 business days.
